Baby August at 3 Months

Without further ado, here is my beautiful baby boy at three months old. Big changes are coming for us as a family, and he doesn’t even know! In about a week, we are leaving Boston for Seattle and a whole new life on the west coast. It is a bittersweet thing to move cross-country, but we are excited about the opportunities that await us. And in the meantime, we have this gorgeous smile to enjoy:

Oh, and Mom and Dad make an appearance, as well … along with Augie’s best smile and confused face!

What is Augie up to these days? He loves to eat his hands, has found his feet but doesn’t realize he can eat them, too, yet, fights his naps but always ends up falling asleep within 10 minutes of being put down anyway, and loves to coo! What a muffin.

See the progression:

Oh Julie. You made such a beautiful baby. August is a bundle of love. I love all his expressions. Did you find a place to live? I’ll still be rooting for L.A. — land of the loving, kind, generous, caring grandmas. We babysit for free! Love, Jeanne

He is gorgeous, funny, and über smart, what a doll! I cannot wait to meet him. I hope your move has been relatively smooth. I will get the scoop from your mom…..and I heard you all are off to Italy. Wonderful! It is a great time to travel, he is so portable. When u get a chance, give me your new address. Xo Alison
